Labor Day Weekend at Williamsburg KOA
From August 30 through September 2, treat yourself to some relaxation at Williamsburg KOA. You’ll be conveniently located to a number of Williamsburg’s most popular attractions. At the campsite, catch a movie under the stars at the outdoor theater or take a swim in the pool. Be sure to also visit the Teeny Tiny Farm petting zoo and meet Bubbles the Clown.
Don’t Miss the End of Water Country USA’s Season
Water Country USA, Virginia’s largest water park, closes out its season on Labor Day weekend. The water park will maintain regular hours until Monday, September 2, then will have its last two days of 2019 on Saturday and Sunday, September 7–8. This will be your final chance to experience Water Country’s water rides, slides and play areas, including the new, innovative Cutback Water Coaster.

Last Chance to Visit Busch Gardens Williamsburg during Daily Operation
Much like Water Country USA, Busch Gardens Williamsburg will suspend daily operation after Labor Day, Monday, September 2. This means guests will no longer be able to visit the park any day of the week. However, the park and its attractions will remain open year-round.
Labor Day also marks the end of Busch Gardens’ Bier Fest. Williamsburg gets a taste of authentic Oktoberfest traditions, including German food, music, beer and more.

Spend the Weekend at Brass Cannon Brewing
Local brewery, Brass Cannon Brewing, will have plenty to do and drink over Labor Day weekend. Stop by Friday, August 30 for the return of the Sara’s Fault brew. This lager is infused with white grape and raspberry to create a wine-style beer. On Saturday, the brewery will host Herbie D’s Dangerous Duo for a live performance of Appalachian blues, jump blues and New Orleans-inspired blues. On Monday, members of the military can receive a discount as part of Brass Cannon’s Military Mondays.

Hear Live Music at the Jamestown Jams Concert
On Friday, don’t miss a live concert performance by Good Shot Judy at the Jamestown Jams concert. The free concert, held at Jamestown Beach Event Park, will also feature local food truck Prost. The concert begins at 6:30 p.m.
Enjoy a Symphony Under the Stars in Yorktown
Hear more live music on Saturday, August 31 at Yorktown’s Riverwalk Landing. The Virginia Symphony Orchestra will be performing, as part of their Symphony Under the Stars, at 7:30 p.m. This is a free concert that is open to the public. All you will need is a lawn chair, picnic blanket, and maybe a few snacks.
