Old City Barbeque prides itself in the barbeque making process, by using smokers fueled by hardwood coals.
We focus on high quality, locally or sustainably sourced ingredients with a nose-to-tail inspired menu. Purveyors such as Heritage Farm and Anson Mills are sourced for their integrity and high-quality product.
Coming from 3 very different culinary and business backgrounds, Old City Barbeque’s owners each bring unique elements to the table.
